this wine is made from the native Gros Manseng grape. It has a lovely noseof white flower and marzipan, sharp attack on the palate with dancing acidity bringing out the pure crystalline citrus fruit flavours; lemon and pink grapefruit, zesty cleansing finish. Good with salmon and smoked fish or chicken cooked with wild mushrooms. Organic. |
