The grapes are picked at maximum ripeness and immediately transported to the winery to prevent oxidation. In the winery, the grapes are lightly pressed. The wine is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature and is left on the lees for several months to gather more complex aromas Style: Lifted aromas of elderflower cordial, Victoria plums and hints of grass. The palate is filled with gooseberry fool infused with elderflower and hints of summer fruit. |
