These vineyards are located in the high Dolomites and the dark-skinned Lagrein grape provides a vivid ruby red with aromas of intense red berries, grass and sweet violets, a nice bitter finish suggestive of liquorice. Lovely served lightly chilled and particularly good with pork chops. |
