Elisabetta Foradori is the doyenne of the native Teroldego grape and makes wines of supreme elegance. This example shows the variety is capable of: medium intense nose, plum, black cherry, tar, spicy oak, raspberry, cranberry, chocolate with a slight menthol note finishing with gloriously snappy acidity. Very moreish! Recommended with beef casserole. |
