the floral and aromatic Frappato (40%) and the brooding full-bodied Nero d’Avola (60%). The wine is also fermented in Giare (400l terracotta amphorae). The Frappato is responsible for the exuberant expression of violets and raspberry blossom on the nose. The Nero d’Avola adds warmth on the palate as well as supple berry fruit flavours complemented by soft tannins. Love the bottle shape as well! |
