Style: Semi-hard, crumbly; The last of its kind, Applebys Cheshire is the only Cheshire in the UK which uses unpasteurised milk from their own farm. Their cheese is a subtle, intriguing and delicious combination of savoury vegetabley notes, clean salty minerally notes and lactic, citrussy acidity. A particularly dry cheese, it is the ideal match with a sweet and spicy chutney.
